David Ray Murphy, Sr.

David Ray Murphy, Sr., 61, of Blacksburg, SC, passed away at his residence. He was born June 14, 1954 in Richland County, SC, son of the late Charles and Faye Murphy. David is survived by his sons, David Murphy, Jr. and Jeffery Scott Murphy; daughter, Lisa Michelle Murphy and five grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Debora Murphy. The family will receive friends 5 - 7 pm Saturday at Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia. Services will be private. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
