David Milburn

Gastonia, NC David Milburn, age 64, passed away January 13, 2013 at Gaston Memorial Hospital, Gastonia. He was born January 17, 1948 in Lincolnton, NC, son of the late Luther and Mary Davis Milburn. David was a long time fan of Dirt Track Racing, having been known as "Willie" when he drove dirt track cars at Lincoln County Speedway, Thunder Valley, Carolina Speedway and Cherokee Speedway. All services are private. He is survived by: his son, Scotty Milburn and his wife, Barbara; daughter, Jennifer Rice and her husband, Jason; brother, Johnny Milburn; sister, Cathy Black; grandchildren, Danielle, Lydia, Addison and Alex. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by: his wife, Valerie "The Picture Lady" Milburn; brother, Tommy Milburn.
