David Keith Jarrell

David Keith Jarrell, 79, of Gastonia, NC, passed away January 26, 2025, at Amorem Hospice in Valdese, NC.

He was born September 21, 1945, in Anadarko, Oklahoma, to the late Hoyle Sampson and Allie Irene Farr Jarrell.

David honorably served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was a recipient of a Purple Heart.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Jarrell.

David is survived by his wife, Linda Jeffries Jarrell; and a cousin, Wallace "Wally" Jarrell; Uncle Junior Jarrell of High Point, NC; aunts, Veiona Jarrell of Star and Shirley Jarrell of Asheboro; as well as several other cousins.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 11:30 am, at Hollywood Cemetery, 540 North Broad Street, Gastonia, NC 28054.
