David M. Hardin

David M. Hardin, 69, of York, SC, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2021 at UNC Medical Center.

A Gaston County native, he was born August 9, 1951, son of the late Bill and Betty Hardin.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Kim Hardin; brother, Doug Hardin; and grandson, Christian Detter.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Nancy Hardin; daughters, Dana Stroupe, Misty Rose, and Shannon McQuain; brothers, Billy Ray and Philip Hardin; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Jeffrey Gibby and speaker Ron Barker, will be held 3 pm on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
