In Loving Memory of David Bumgardner

David Bumgardner, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and faithful servant of the Lord, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. He was 76 years married to the love of his life, Neppie Bumgardner, a union built on faith, love, and unwavering commitment.

David was a man who deeply cherished his family and friends, always putting others before himself. His life was a living testimony of his love for the Lord and his dedication to those he held dear. Together with Neppie, he raised two children, Tracy Bumgardner and Donna Richards, who carry on his legacy of kindness, strength, and faith.

David was the proud grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought him immense joy and pride. His presence at family gatherings, his warm smile, and his words of wisdom will be forever missed.

To know David was to know love, laughter, and unwavering faith. Though he may be gone from our sight, his spirit lives on in the hearts of those he touched. We rejoice knowing he is now in the arms of his Savior, at peace and reunited with loved ones who went before him.

A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.

A funeral service will be held 2pm, Monday, April 14, 2025, at Journey Church at Lake Wylie - 5415 Hwy 557, Lake Wylie, SC 29710. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow the service at Lakeview Memory Gardens, York, SC.
