With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Danny Roy Wilson, a beloved son, friend, and community member who left us on April 16, 2026. Born on July 23, 1961, Danny was a man of passion and kindness, known for his warm spirit and infectious laughter. He touched the lives of many through his generosity and unwavering support.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents Joel and Nancy (Towery) Wilson.
He is survived by wife Jennifer, sister Tonya Jones, son Hunter (Shelby) Stroup, daughter Jordyn Stroup, grandchildren MaryBeth and Elizabeth Stroup.
Danny will be remembered for his love of life and the joy he brought to those around him. His adventurous spirit, along with an unyielding dedication to family and friends, inspired all who had the privilege of knowing him.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Danny's name to the American Heart Association. As we say our final goodbyes, let us celebrate the vibrant life of Danny Roy Wilson, who will forever remain in our hearts.
