Danny Gene Rogers

Danny Gene Rogers, 80, of Dallas, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022, at Peak in Gastonia.

He was born July 6, 1942, in Gaston County to the late Robert and Jeannie Rogers.

Danny worked as an office manager for a printing company for many years. He attended Flint Groves Baptist Church and Fraley Memorial Baptist Church. He was a Boy Scout Master and was a long time distributer for Avon.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca Ann Rogers and nephew, Cory McDonald.

Danny is survived by his brothers; Robert Jimmy Rogers (Peggy), Jeff Rogers, sisters; Billie Ann Brooks (Jack), Tammy Pasour; special niece, Cory Hope McKinney; and special friend, Betty Waters.

A memorial service officiated by Pastor David Armstrong, will be held Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia, NC. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
