Dannie Yvonn Bright

Dannie Yvonn Bright, 67, of Gastonia, passed away October 18, 2014, at VA Medical Center in Salisbury. He was born June 23, 1947, in Gaston County, son of the late Ernest Bright and Beatrice Moss Bright. A devoted father to his son Daniel, Dannie served in the U.S. Army and was the owner and operator of Bright Ideas Frame Shop in Gastonia. He enjoyed painting, sports, and was an avid Panther fan. He is survived by son, Daniel Bright of Boone and brother, Charles Bright and wife, Kay of Murrells Inlet, SC. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Franklin, Furman, and Paul Bright and sister, Frances Powell. All services are private. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
