Daniel Jerome Merrill

Daniel J. Merrill, beloved husband, father, uncle and friend, passed away peacefully on September 28th at the age of 46.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen Sears-Merrill; sister, Jennifer O'Toole; nephew, Joshua Fuller Sr.; father-in-law, Albert Smith Jr.

Daniel is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Ashley M. Merrill (Smith); his amazing son, Mason J. Merrill; father, Carl Merrill (Margaret); sisters, Bethany Merrill, Rachel Jodway and Tracy Merrill-Soto; mother-in-law, Wendie Smith; sister-in-law, Dana Smith; and his close aunt, Arlene Sears-Closkey; cousins, Mitchell Closkey and Maty Copp; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A celebration of life will be held in NC on Saturday, October 12th at 1:00 PM at a family members home. A 2nd celebration of life will be held in NY at a later date.
