Daniel Patrick Loverin

Our beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, Daniel Patrick Loverin, 53, Bessemer City, NC, passed on Tuesday, September 22, at his home, with his brother Jim by his side, due to complications from lung cancer. He was born December 21, 1961 in Miami, Fl to Ann Brown Loverin and James Hodges Loverin. Danny worked for many years in retail merchandising and inventory control at Harris-Teeter and Bi-Lo stores throughout North Carolina. He loved to cook, loved music, and also loved plants and animals. Though he is gone from our sight, Danny will live on in our hearts forever. He is survived by his mother, Ann Brown Loverin, Charlotte, NC, his brothers James Henry Loverin, Charlotte, NC, Lawrence Paul Loverin, Norfolk, VA, his sister, Linda Ann Zambrano, Charlotte, NC, his niece, Lisa, her husband Donnie and their 3 boys, Belmont, NC; 1 nephew, James Scott of CA. There will be a memorial service held Thursday, October 1st, at 2:00 pm, at the Freedom Christian Center, 2226 Shaw Ave, Gastonia.
