Daniel David Ledford

Daniel David Ledford, 76, of Blacksburg, SC, passed away on June 18, 2017, surrounded by his loving family, at Greenville Memorial Hospital, Greenville, SC.

He was born October 4, 1940, in Gaston County, son of the late Elzie Ledford and Audrey Jones Ledford.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and classic cars.

A memorial service will be held 1:30pm Thursday, June 22, 2017, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Jerry Millwood.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Ledford is survived by sons, Jason Ledford and wife Jennifer of Gastonia, Danny Ledford of Blacksburg, SC; sister, Barbara Smith of Grover, NC; grandchildren, Jessica, Robert, Hunter and Thomas Ledford; great-grandchild, Asa Ledford.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by wife, Janice Ledford; brother, Carl Ledford.

Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
