Daniel "Danny" Freeman Lloyd

Daniel "Danny" Freeman Lloyd, 69, of Gastonia, NC, passed away, Thursday, May 21, 2020 at his residence.

He was born September 2, 1950 in Spartanburg Co, SC, son of the late Betty Sawyer Lloyd.

Danny was a former employee of Milliken & Company, Wales Fabrics and Paktec Inc. He enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle and playing corn hole with Chris Shaw. He loved spending time at home with his family and close friends.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn G. Lloyd, of the home; daughters, Kristi Valentine, Heather Lloyd, Heidi Johnson, Katelin Massey and Natalie Loyd; and grandchildren, Austin, Adam, Alex, Liam and Langston.

Family will receive friends 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.
