Dale Fisher

Dale Fisher, of Gastonia passed away November 27, 2012. She was born May 12, 1951 in Gastonia, daughter of the late Thomas J. and Madgelene Grigg Poteat. Dale attended First Assembly of God, Gastonia. A memorial service will be held 11 am on Saturday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Barnes. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm on Friday at the funeral home. Interment is private. She is survived by: former husband, Scott Fisher; sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara Jean and Bobby Alexander, Judy and John Pittman; brother-in-law, Johnny Haney; special niece, Dana Haney; nephews, Allen and Mark Haney, Scott Hastings; nieces, Chera Sellers, Christy Noel; aunt, Joan Walls; numerous great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: a sister, Linda Haney; nephew, Phillip Haney; great nephew, Drayden Haney. Memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors Project, P. O.
