Cynthia Renee Strudwick

Cynthia "Cindy" Strudwick, 62, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Sunday, December 8, 2024, at her residence.

She was born February 8, 1962, a native of Gaston Co, NC, daughter of Rev. Nelson Hope, and the late Selma Doris Seay Hope.

Cindy was a fantastic artist and was very gifted at drawing. She had 2 horses and enjoyed horseback riding.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ron Strudwick; brothers, Mike Hope, and Paul Hope; and daughter, Lydia Gosnell.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her son, Billy Joe Poole; daughter, Faith Poole; brother, Chris Hope; nieces, Anna Halston, and Brandi Hope; and nephew, Josh Hope.

A graveside service officiated by her father, Rev. Nelson Hope will be held 10:00am, Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Salisbury National Cemetery Annex - 501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144.

Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium.
