Corrie Loraine Jenkins Sosebee

Corrie "Polly" Loraine Jenkins Sosebee, 82, of Gastonia passed away January 11, 2015 at her residence. She was born June 9, 1932 a native of Gaston County, the daughter of the late John Henry and Emma May Jenkins. Corrie is survived by her son, Michael Jenkins; sisters, Aretta Kirkland and Betty Slagle; brother, Wayne Jenkins and granddaughter, Savannah Jenkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Sosebee; son, Thomas Sosebee; five brothers and two sisters. A funeral service will be held 11 am Saturday at Greene Funeral Service - South Chapel - 1503 S. York Rd., officiated by Pastor Jerry Millwood. The family will receive friends 10 - 10:45 am prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Gaston Memorial Park. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
