Corliss "Sam" Barker Booth

Corliss "Sam" Barker Booth, 73, of Clover, SC, passed away May 4, 2016 at her residence.

She was born February 12, 1943, a native of York County, the daughter of the late Canny and Martha Barker.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband of over 38 years Donald Booth; daughters Terri Lynn Booth of Gastonia and Dinina Shrader and husband Benji Hale of Stanley; step-son Mike Shrader of Clover; grandchildren Hannah Elizabeth Shrader, Tiffany Bennett, Ashley Shrader and John Shrader; 7 great-grandchildren; brothers Jimmy Barker and wife Myra and Steve Barker and wife Sandie of Gastonia; sister Bobbie Gibson and husband Danny of Gastonia and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 2 pm Saturday, May 7th at Greene Funeral Service – South Chapel – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Richard Cole.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
