Connie Kirkland Robinson

Connie Kirkland Robinson, 65, passed away March 12, 2015 at her residence. She was born March 16, 1949 a native of Gaston County, daughter of Margaret Long and the late, Jesse Ray Kirkland. Along with her mother, those left to cherish her memories are her loving husband of over 40 years, Bill Robinson of the home; son, Kevin McClure and wife, Carla of Gastonia; daughter, Christy McClure of Wingate; brothers, Leon Kirkland and wife, Mary of Myrtle Beach, SC and Paul Kirkland of Asheville; sister, Elaine Kirkland of Gastonia and grandchild, Jesse McClure. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her son, David Keith Robinson. A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Sunday at Greene Funeral Service - South Chapel - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Leroy Mobley. The family will receive friends following the service.
