Connie Ruth Busler

With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of Connie Ruth Busler, a beloved mother and esteemed member of the Belmont community. Connie was born on August 2, 1946, in North Carolina, and peacefully departed from this world on July 1, 2024, at her residence in Belmont, NC.

As a dedicated transcriptionist at the Gastonia Children's Clinic, Connie's meticulous work in the medical field touched the lives of many. Her commitment to her profession reflected her unwavering dedication and diligence, earning her a special place in the hearts of her colleagues and patients alike. She was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church for many years and taught the adult ladies Sunday school class at Landmark Baptist Church in previous years.

Connie's love and devotion extended beyond the workplace as she cherished her role as a mother. She leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness through her sons,  John Busler Jr. (Lisa), Kevin Busler (Jayne), and Jeff Busler, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts. She is also survived by her siblings, Rev. Larry Wells (Ruby), Bob Wells (Judy), grandchildren, Jonathan Busler (Brittany), Savanna Busler, Abigail Busler, great grandchildren, Emma and Rivers.

A Funeral Service to honor and celebrate Connie's life will be held at the Greene Funeral Service South Chapel on Friday, July 5, 2024, at 1:00 pm. The service will be officiated by Rev. Forrest Hennessee and Rev. Larry Wells, and will be a testament to the profound impact Connie had on all who knew her.

Following the Funeral Service a private interment will be held.

Connie Ruth Busler will forever be remembered for her grace, kindness, and unwavering strength. Her memory will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known her.

Connie was preceded in death by her husband Rev. John Busler Sr., parents, James Wells, Gerthal Wells, siblings, Joyce Moore, Frances Wells, and David Wells, daughter in-love, Karen "KK" Busler.
