Clinton Franklin Tiley

Clinton Franklin Tiley, 58, of Clover, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015, in Chapel Hill. He was born July 22, 1957, in Endicott, NY, son of the late Joseph Craig Tiley and Anna Morse Tiley. Clinton was a member of Ranlo Freewill Baptist Church and an amateur radio operator-KI4FAW. Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Joyce Tiley; step-daughter, Kimberly Tilley; sister, Anita Slocum and Brother-in-law, Paul Slocum; nephews, Keith Slocum, Andrew and Lingwen Slocum; nieces, Debby, Steve Dazzo, Riley, Tiffany and Robert Ransom, Molly, Benjamin, and Emmett; 3 step-grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 3pm on Tuesday, November 3, at Ranlo Freewill Baptist Church, 2 Burke Ave. Gastonia, officiating Pastor Jeremy Carson. The family will receive friends6-8pm on Monday at the church. Interment will be held at Westview Gardens in Bessemer City.
