It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Clifford Lee Bradley, who left us peacefully on January 2, 2026, at the age of 79. Born on November 7, 1946, in Gastonia, NC, Clifford was a cherished husband, father, Poppy, and friend who will be deeply missed.
Clifford spent 30 years working as a Tool Room Manager with Homelite. After retiring, he dedicated his time and energy to his family and his faith. He was a devoted member of Parkwood Baptist Church, often found sitting on the back row alongside his wife, Nancy, with whom he shared 57 wonderful years of love and companionship.
Outside of work and family, Clifford had a passion for golf. His weekly meals at Chat-N-Nibble with his best friends, Pruett Black and Ronnie Laughlin, were treasured highlights of his life. He enjoyed the camaraderie and fun they shared, creating lasting memories that brought him joy.
Clifford is survived by his beloved wife, Nancy Bradley, with whom he thought the sun rose and set. Also surviving Clifford are his son, Jason Bradley; daughter, Malena Lee (Chad); sister, Rachel Thomas; granddaughter and the light of his life, Grace Erwin.
Funeral services, officiated by Pastor Jeff Long and Pastor Mike Rice, will be held at Greene Funeral Service South Chapel on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 3:00 PM, with visitation beginning at 2:00 PM. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
We invite all who knew Clifford to come celebrate his life, share fond memories, and honor the legacy of a truly remarkable man.
Clifford was preceded in death by his Dad and Mom, William J. and Margaret Grady Bradley; brother Larry Dean Bradley.
