Claude "Pete" F. Clark 95 of Gastonia, passed away on October 9 th, 2025, at Robin Johnson House. He was born June 19 th , 1930, in Henderson NC to the late Claude H Clark and Maxie Johnson Clark.

Pete was a member of Pisgah ARP Church for over 75 years, serving as Elder Emeritus, Elder, Deacon and Choir Member. He was a past member of the Golden Chorus, Chapel Grove Volunteer Fire Department, and Chapel Grove Optimist Club.

Pete enjoyed spending time with his family, being of service to others, fishing and singing.

He worked in sales at Gastonia Mill Supply and Howe Distributing, serving the textile industry in North and South Carolina.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Monday October13, 2025, at Pisgah ARP Church, 3600 Linwood Road, Gastonia, and will be officiated by Rev. Bobby Duran. The family will receive friends from 1-1:45 pm in the Elliott Center prior to the service. Burial will follow service in the church Cemetery.

Mr. Clark is survived by his daughter Kathy Clark Goins, sons Claude Clark (Anne), Luther Clark ( Angela), grandchildren, Heath Parsons, Hanna Butler (TJ), Ross Clark (Autumn), Payton Clark (Lexie), Abbey Clark, Jessica Moore (Bryant), and Lucas Clark; great-grandchildren, Andrew and Meadow Parsons, Wade, Hayes, and James Butler, Landry and Josey Clark, Eli and Carter Moore: brothers-in-law, Earl Beeker, Harvey Foy (Betty), sisters-in-law Helen Littlejohn (Richard), Patricia Carver (Vernon); and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife Dorothy "Dot" Foy Clark, brother Ronald Clark (Nancy), sisters Violet Stephens (Edwin), Udine Dilling (Bill), Daphine Beeker, Joyce Robinson (Jack), Evelyn Graham (Jimmy), brother-in-law, Don Foy (Nell), sisters-in-law, Polly Withers (David), Betty Cloninger (Larry), Mary Francis Foy, son-in-law Mike Goins, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be sent to Pisgah ARP Church, 3600 Linwood Road, Gastonia.

The West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service located at 216 Archie Whitesides Road Gastonia, is honored to serve the Clark family.
