Ciera Boheler Porch

Ciera Boheler Porch, 28, of York, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021, at Atrium Health Main in Charlotte.

Born on May 19, 1993, in Mecklenburg County, Ciera was the daughter of Roger and Jennifer Aldridge Boheler. As a child, she loved fishing and competitive dancing. She graduated from Cleveland Community College with an Associates in Liberal Arts.

Ciera was a member of Chapel Grove Baptist Church in Gastonia. She was a loving wife, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, friend, and PERSON. Her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone she interacted with, especially children. She was a pillar to the Deaf Community and was known for her beautiful interpretations.

Ciera is preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles Boheler and Lillian Boheler, and her great-grandparents.

Left to cherish Ciera's memory, is her husband, Michael Porch, Jr.; father, Roger Boheler and Kelly Bradshaw; mother, Jennifer Boheler and fiancé, Donnie Waters; maternal grandparents, Gloria and David Watts and Bobby and Peggy Aldridge; father-in-law, David, and mother-in-law Lori Porch; sister-in-law, Kary and husband, Kevin Gann; brother-in-law Cody and wife, Ashley Porch; brother-in-law, Justin and wife, Dakota Porch; beloved nieces and nephews: Colston, Emma, Tanner, Gage (aka Spanky), Elena, & Carter; and her precious fur babies, Paris, Tiggy and Raven.

A funeral service, officiated by Rev. Roger Overton, will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Second Baptist Church – 740 Rankin Ave, Mount Holly, NC 28120. Following the service, interment will be held at Mountain Rest Cemetery - 111 S Dilling St, Kings Mountain, NC 28086.
