Christopher Martin Pagoota

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Christopher Martin Pagoota, born on March 10, 1982, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Chris left us too soon on Friday, March 6, 2026, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

Chris was a dedicated truck driver with Phoenix Metal, navigating the open roads and traveling across the country. He enjoyed playing online games with his close friends, David, Michael, DC and Jazzie. His special hobby was model trains. He could do anything with his hands, especially electronics. He cherished his role as a brother and son, always making time for family, which meant the world to him.

He leaves behind his loving mother, Glendolyn Carswell, and step-father, Darrell Carswell. He is also survived by his brothers Jacob Deaton, Austin Carswell, Mike Pagoota, Bradley Pagoota, and Michael White, as well as his sisters Stacey Peterson and Holly Sapienza; his step-mother, Janice Pagoota; his sweet friend Harmony and his fur baby Luna.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marty Pagoota; and his brother, Chad Morgan.

A visitation will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia, NC, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Let us gather to celebrate Chris's life and honor the memories we shared. He may have left this world, but his spirit will be with us always.
