Cheryl White, 65, of Bessemer City, passed away March 28, 2022, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

She was born February 11, 1957, in Gaston County, daughter of the late Wilbur Clyde Mims and Shirley Bynum Mims.

Cheryl was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church in Dallas.

A celebration of Cheryl's life will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Walnut Grove Baptist Church 3255 Dallas Cherryville Highway Dallas, officiated by Pastor Chris Parker.

The family will receive friends 1-2 pm prior to the service at the church.

Cheryl is survived by her sons, Jason, Chris and Nick White; her daughter, Casey White; brothers, Mike and Bud Mims; sisters, Ester Armstrong, Susie Parker; grandchildren, Devin, Carter, and Emmaleigh White.

In addition to her parents, Cheryl was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph White.
