Cheryl Anne Herring

Cheryl Anne Herring, 40, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at her residence.

She was born February 13, 1981, in Cleveland Co, NC, daughter of Shirley Cash and the late Donald Christopher Herring.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her sister, Donna Herring.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her fiancé, Marshall Jackson; sons, Chase Rimmer, Mitchell Martin, Brandon Hodge, and Marshall Wayne Jackson, Jr.; daughter, McKenzie Elaine Jackson; brother, Billy Cash; sister, Cristy Peeler; grandchildren, Jayden Martin, John Conner Wayne Jackson, Eli Martin, and Caine Martin; nephews, Camren Cash, Jonathan Peeler, and Dayson Carver; and nieces, Chelsey Peeler, and Tifani Herring

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Darrell Williams, will be held 3pm on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will be held at Hollywood Cemetery, Gastonia.
