Cheryl Lynne Botts

Cheryl Lynne Botts, a beloved wife, cherished nurse, and passionate educator, passed away on September 21, 2024, in Gastonia, North Carolina. Born on December 18, 1957, in North Carolina, Cheryl dedicated her life to caring for others through her work as a Registered Nurse at CMC Main and as a teacher of CNA classes at Gaston College.

Known for her love of music and movies, Cheryl brought joy and compassion to all those around her. Her kind heart and dedication to her patients and students touched the lives of many throughout her career.

Cheryl is survived by her loving spouse, Roy Botts; children, Candice Botts Bendorf (Dale) and Marcus Botts (Christy); grandchildren, Dylan Bendorf, Addison Bendorf, Logan Botts, and Cooper Botts; brothers, William Glover and Daryl Glover.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, William and Pearline Mullis Glover.

The funeral services and ceremonies to celebrate Cheryl's life will be private. Cheryl will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
