Charlie Brown

Charlie Brown, 70, of Charlotte, passed away February 2, 2015 at his residence. He was born May 27, 1944 native of Mecklenburg County, the son of the late Adam and Mary Brown. Charlie is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Janet S. Brown; sons, Michael Brown, Casey Hartness, Chris Klassette; daughters, Sandy Champion, Lorie Parker; brother, Johnny Brown; sister, Joyce Miller and four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. The family will receive friends 6 - 8 pm Friday at Greene Funeral Service - South Chapel - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
