Charles Jefferson Sexton, Sr.

Charles Jefferson Sexton, Sr., 69, of Gastonia, passed away August 2, 2015 at his residence. He was born July 30, 1946 in Balls Creek, Virginia, son of the late Alex and Polly Sexton. Left to cherish his memories are his sons, Charlie Jefferson Sexton, Jr., Terry Sexton and wife, Melissa Hilliard, Gary Sexton and wife, Carla Lewis, Matthew Sexton and Robert Sexton; grandchildren, Alex, Tristan, Kaitlyn, Michael and Robbie Sexton and former wife, Cathy Sexton, all of Gastonia. All services will be private. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
