Charles "Doodle" Rhyne

Charles Ray Rhyne, also known as Doodle, 64, of Gastonia, went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 29, 2023, at Caromont Healthcare in Gastonia, NC.

He was born May 7, 1959, in Gaston County, NC to the late Charles Monroe Rhyne and Edna Francis Rhyne.

Doodle retired from Danaher after working there for 30 yrs.  He was a graduate of South Point High School.  Doodle was also a lifetime member at the United Veterans of America NC Post 1.  He loved his family, UVA family and all of his grandchildren very much..

In addition to his parents, Doodle is preceded in death by his sons, Michael Ray Rhyne, and David Rhyne.

Doodle is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sissy Rhyne: sons, Jason K. Barker and wife Pam, and Bo Rhyne; grandchildren, Adrianna Barker, Seth Rhyne, Skylar Barker, and Peyton Lyerly: Beloved companions, Grover and Molly: and numerous other loving family members.
