Charles Cletus Moore

Charles Cletus Moore, 86, of Stanley, formally of 2002 Old Church Rd. Gastonia passed away on March 25, 2015 at the Robin Johnson Hospice House, Dallas. He was born December 4, 1928 in Catawba County, son of the late George Grady Moore and Annie Cathleen Stiles Moore. The family would like to thank Gaston Hospice for their loving care of Mr. Moore A funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Allen Lefler. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City. Mr. Moore is survived by, his loving wife, Mildred H. Moore; children, James Moore Sr.and wife Teresa of Gastonia, Phyllis Efird and husband Tim of Stanley, Wanda Wilson of Hickory Grove, SC, Jeffrey Wayne Moore Sr. and fiancée' Glenda of Gastonia, James Moore Jr. of Gastonia; fifteen grandchildren; eighteen great - grandchildren; brother-in-law Keith Hanna of Dallas.
