Charlene JoAnn Ducey

Charlene JoAnn Ducey, 89, of Cherryville, NC, passed away Friday, May 29, 2026, at her residence.

She was born in Crawford County, Illinois, on February 5, 1937, to the late James and Bessie Ducey.

Charlene loved to travel and watch college sports. She spent her career as a teacher in the public school system. She loved her family and had a giving heart. She was a special friend to all who knew her.

She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Carol Ducey.
