Cecilia Vedar Doutt, 49, of Mount Holly, passed away August 26, 2012, at Carolinas Med. Ctr., Pineville. She was born June 18, 1963 in Mandaluyong, Philipines, daughter of Norma Pangan Vedar and the late Dante Vedar. A memorial service will be held 10:30 am on Friday at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Gastonia. Inurnment will be at Hollywood Cemetery, Gastonia.
