Cathy Wilson Townsend

Cathy Wilson Townsend, 69, of Gastonia, passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

She was born on July 31, 1951, in Gaston County, to the late Charles and Mildred Neely Wilson.

Left to cherish her memories are her son, Charles "Tim" Townsend, Sr.; sister, Phyllis Sarvis; and grandchildren, Alena and Sara Townsend.

A graveside service, officiated by Rev. Mike Criswell, will be held at 10:00 am on July 3, 2021, at Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Holy Angels, Inc. – 6600 E Wilkinson Blvd, Belmont, NC 28012.
