Cathy Hardin

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cathy Hardin, who left us on August 6, 2025, at the age of 65. Born on December 13, 1959, Cathy was a vibrant soul who filled the lives of those around her with love and creativity.

Cathy had a passion for crafts and spent countless hours sharing her talents with family and friends. Her creativity was only matched by her love for her son, Carl Parker, who was the light of her life. Catherine cherished her time with family, and her joyful spirit and laughter will be deeply missed.

Traveling was another of Cathy's great loves. Whether it was a weekend getaway or an adventurous journey far from home, she embraced every opportunity to explore the world and create lasting memories with her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Jane Whitesides Parker; and husband, Jimmy Hardin.

Cathy is survived by her son, Bennett Parker (Carol); brothers, Frank Parker, and Robert Parker; sisters, Wanda Carr (Phillip), Lee Ann Kendall (James), Teena Cobb, and Brenda Parker; and grandchildren, Christian Parker.

Cathy's presence brought warmth and joy into our lives, and although we will miss her dearly, we take comfort in knowing her spirit will always be with us.
