Carroll David Mills

Carroll David Mills, 60, of Kings Mountain, passed away on September 14, 2015, at his home. He was born September 23, 1954, in Waynesville, NC, son of the late Elbert Lee Mills and Bertie Alameta Webb Mills. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Larry Laws The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain. Mr. Mills is survived by children, Janice Mills Lightsey, Bradley Mills, Travis Mills and wife Sarah, Dawn Dellinger and husband Tyler; grandchildren, Jaylee Mills Dellinger, Olivia Dellinger, Lillian Mills, Jamie and Morgan Lightsey, Bradley McNeely ; brother, Bill Mills and wife Debra; sister, Georgia Greene and husband Don. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brother, Floyd Lee Mills; sisters, Wanda Guy, Mary Sue Sessoms. Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
