Carrie Diane Ramsey Winstead

Carrie Diane Ramsey Winstead, 67, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Monday, November 8, 2021, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

She was born January 24, 1954, in Gaston Co, NC, daughter of the late Franklin H. Ramsey and Zellie D. Cooke Ramsey.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Steven L. Winstead; and brother Franklin Ramsey.

Carrie was a loving mother of two children, Loretta Coleman (William), and Steven Winstead, Jr. (Mindy). She is also survived by her boyfriend, Donald Teó; brothers, Joshua Ramsey, and Samuel Ramsey; sisters, Rosa Fawcett, Sarah Ramsey, and JoAnn Prince; and grandchildren, Destiny Coleman, Callista Coleman, William Titus Coleman, and Zechariah Coleman.

A celebration of life, will be held 4pm on Sunday, November 14, 2021, at Kings Mountain Family Worship Center Church of God – 1818 Shelby Rd., Kings Mountain, NC 28086.
