Carol Boyd

Beneda Carol Boyd, 66, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at Atrium Health Cleveland.

A native of Gaston Co, NC. Carol was born on May 26, 1955, to Ronald Boyd and the late Helen Boyd. Carol lived her entire life in Gaston Co, predominantly in the Chapel Grove community.

Carol had the biggest of hearts, always placing others needs before her own.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her son, Wesley Boyd and wife, Miranda and granddaughter, Brooklyn of Valdese, NC; daughter, Katie Boyd of Gastonia; brother, Ronnie Boyd and wife, Gwen of Denver, NC; and brother, Steve Boyd and wife, Lisa of Rock Hill, SC.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2-4 pm on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at Pisgah ARP Church in the Fellowship Hall - 3600 Linwood Rd, Gastonia, NC 28052.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the cemetery fund at Pisgah ARP Church.
