Carl Michael Mote

Carl Michael Mote, 62, of Gastonia passed away June 30, 2013 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia. He was born December 18, 1950 in Cleveland County, son of the late Earnest William and Lillie Mae Hoyle Mote. A graveside service will be held 1:30 pm Tuesday at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia, officiated by Pastors Jackson Letterman and John Benton. The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 1:00 pm Tuesday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia, NC 28052. He was attending Words of Restoration Ministries. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Mote, James Mote and wife Rachel; daughters, Karlla Ogle, Elizabeth Lovelace and husband Phillip, Kerri Lovelace, Jerri Turner and husband Ken, Nickie Tilley; 4 living brothers; 4 living sisters; 21 grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by: his wife, Angela R. Mote; son, Carl Jr.; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Memorials may be made to the Habitat for Humanity, P.O.
