Buster Hester
June 20, 1953 — October 30, 2020
Buster Hester, 67, of Clover, SC, passed away October 30, 2020 at his home.
He was born in Gaston County, NC on June 20, 1953 to the late Charles Gather Hester and Ruth Seagal Hester.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Nickey Hester.
Buster is survived by his wife, Ruth Hester; daughter, Mandy Wright; grandchildren, Destinee Carter, Billy Carter, Nicholas Miles, and Trayanna Downs; and great-grandchild, Draven.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, November 8, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC.
