Bruce Bertsie Morrow

Bruce Bertsie Morrow, 87, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Monday, February 6, 2023, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

He was born November 16, 1935, in Rutherford Co, NC, son of the late L.A. and Mattie Morrow.

Bruce was a US Army Veteran and served in the Korean War. He was the oldest and the last living of all 5 of his siblings.

In addition to his parents and siblings, he was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Rowell Morrow; and his nephew.

Bruce is survived by his daughter, Tracey Wilson (Joel); grandchildren, Dale Wilson, and Kelly Wilson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service officiated by Rev. Sam Barnette, will be held 4pm, Saturday, February 18, 2023, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.

Family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank Caromont Regional Medical Center staff for their loving care of Mr. Morrow, and his caregiver, Stephanie Silva of several years.
