Bruce Weaver Coggins

Bruce Weaver Coggins, 54, of Iron Station, passed away December 15, 2015 at Carolinas Medical Center.  He was born March 16, 1961 in Macon County, the son of the late James and Jean Coggins. Left to cherish his memories are his wife Margie Coggins; son Christopher Coggins; daughter Catherine Runge and brother Henry Coggins. A funeral service will be held 1 pm Friday at North Gaston Church of God, 1310 Cherryville Hwy., Dallas, officiated by the Rev. Andy Nicholson. The family will receive friends 12 – 12:45 pm prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Lincolnton. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
