Briane Pike Jr.

Kings Mountain, NC Briane "Bam Bam" Pike Jr., 22, passed away October 16, 2012, at the Kings Mountain Hospice House. He was born June 23, 1990 in Gaston County. Briane loved fishing and spending time with his family. He was loved and will be greatly missed by many. He was a 2008 graduate of Bessemer City High School. A funeral service will be held 3 pm on Friday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Dr. Gene Ware and Rev. Dennis Gomez. The family will receive friends 1-3 pm on Friday prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Gastonia. Briane is survived by: parents, Ruby and David Detter of Kings Mountain; wife, Tammie Pike of Kings Mountain; daughter, Shyanna Pike of Kings Mountain; an unborn child on the way; brother, Matthew Detter; sister and brother in-law, Amanda and Adam Green; grandmothers, Shirley Tilley, Nancy Detter; mother in-law, Rebecca Blakely; 3 nieces and 1 nephew; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by: grandfather, Hubert Tilley. Memorials may be made to the Kings Mountain Hospice House, 321 Kings Mountain Blvd., Kings Mountain, NC 28086.
