Brenda Bowden Price

Brenda Bowden Price, 59, of Gastonia, passed away June 15, 2015 at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia. She was born January 14, 1956 in Toccoa, GA, daughter of the late Doc and Lela Bowden. Brenda loved her family and church family. She loved traveling and one of her famous sayings was "Hubba - Hubba".She was the caretaker for the love of her life late husband, William Price. She was a breast cancer survivor. She worked as a manager for 15 years at Movie Mania. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia officiated by Pastor Richard Williams. The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City. Brenda is survived by, daughters, Rebecca Price and Leslie Tate; brothers, James and Larry Bowden; sisters, Linda Boling, Evelyn Spencer and husband R.J.; brother-in law, Odell Price; sister- in-law, Binki Weaver. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by, her husband, William Price; brother, Dwayne Bowden; sister-in-law, Sara Price. Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
