Brenda Tench Norris

Brenda Tench Norris, 68, of Ranlo, passed away April 5, 2016 at her residence.

She was born September 2, 1947, a native of Gaston County, the daughter of the late Robert Lee Tench and Blanche McAllister Tench.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons Craig Roseberry and wife Sonia of Dallas and Charles Roseberry and fiance' Mary Beth Pangilinan of Dallas; daughters Tammy Conner of Ranlo and Angela Lavack and husband Charles of Charleston, SC; brothers Billy Tench, Bobby Tench and wife Phyllis Griffie and Roger Tench; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and lifetime friend Edna Wilson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband David L. Norris and sister-in-law Glenda Tench.

A funeral service will be held 2 pm Thursday at Greene Funeral Service – South Chapel – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Larry McAlister.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Gaston Memorial Park.

Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
