Bobby Drumm

Bobby D. Drumm, 85, of Bessemer City, passed away July 29, 2017 at his residence.

A Gaston County native, he was born September 5, 1931, son of the late Ed and Oakley Gantt Drumm.

He was a US Navy veteran and a member of Victory Hill Baptist Church in Dallas.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Fearlee Altman Drumm; son, Randy Dean Drumm and wife Terrie of Bessemer City; daughters, Bobbie Jean Mills of Bessemer City, Tammy Hooper and husband Donnie of Lowell; brother, Marvin Drumm of Kings Mountain; sister, Patricia Morrison of Shelby; and grandchildren, Scott Woods, Tiffany and Michael Picklesimer.

A graveside service, officiated by Rev. Sandy Bozman, will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Gaston Memorial Park in the mausoleum in the old section of the cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the cemetery one hour prior to the service.
