Bleaka Mae Crisp

Bleaka Mae Swanson Crisp, 85, of Ranlo, NC, passed away Friday, February 21, 2025, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

A native of Gaston County, she was born on February 15, 1940, to the late Lawrence and Mrytle Swanson.

Bleaka retired from News America Marketing Company.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Blye Chesick; brothers, Marshall Lee Swanson, Lawrence B. Swanson.

Bleaka is survived by her sons, Alan Crisp (Angela), Larry Crisp (Tina), Barry Crisp (Doricia), Darren Crisp, Scott Crisp; seven grandchildren, Beth Rogers, Michael Crisp, Adam Crisp, Staci Mooney, Falon Campbell (David), Deven Crisp, Tiffany Crisp; many extended family members.

A graveside service officiated by Pastor William H. Calvert, will be held Friday, February 28, 2025, 1:00 PM, at Armstrong Cemetery in Gastonia, NC.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Road, Gastonia, NC.
