Blanche Gunter Dockery

Blanche Gunter Dockery, 87, of Lowell, NC, passed away May 4, 2020 at Somerset Court in Cherryville, NC.

She was born August 15, 1932 in Graham County to the late Fred and Zennie Green Gunter.

Blanche was a loving and cherished mother and grandmother.  She loved her fur babies.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Max Dockery.

Blanche is survived by her son, Scott Dockery; daughter, Angie Dockery; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at the Welch Cove Cemetery in Fontana, NC on Saturday, May 9, 2020 at 1:00 pm.  Rev. David Reed will officiate.

Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia, NC.
