Billy J Wiggins

Billy J. Wiggins, 83, of Gastonia passed away November 12, 2014 at his residence. He was born May 19, 1931 native of Gaston County, son of the late John and Bessie Wiggins. He was a member of Pisgah ARP of Gastonia, a member and Past Master (1995) of King Solomon Masonic Lodge # 704 and a US Army Veteran of 6 years. Billy is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Marcella Wiggins; sons, Tony Wiggins and wife, Sherry and Mike Wiggins and wife, Ashley; sister, Ruby Harvey and husband, Gerald; grandchildren Taylor, Allyson, Jacob and Damon "Ray". In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by sisters, Martha and Mary Wiggins and brothers, Virgil, Vincent and Wayne Wiggins. A funeral service will be held noon Saturday at Pisgah ARP Church - 3600 Linwood Rd. Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Rick Lewis. Visitation will be 5 - 8 pm Friday night at the church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Gaston Hospice - PO Box 3984, Gastonia, NC 28054 or Pisgah ARP Church - 3600 Linwood Rd. Gastonia, NC 28052. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
