Billy Ray Burford, 67, of Shelby, passed away February 13, 2017 at Carolinas Medical Center – Main.
He was born March 5, 1949 in Mecklenburg County, the son of the late Jesse Linwood Burford, Sr. and Eunice Coley Burford.
A funeral service will be held 11 am Friday, February 17, 2017 at Greene Funeral Service – West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd., Gastonia.
The family will receive friends 6 – 8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Arrangements are with Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
