Billie Bynum Correll

GASTONIA Billie Bynum Correll, 63, of Gastonia, passed away June 28, 2013, at her home. She was born August 16, 1949, in Gaston County, daughter of the late Walter and Lacy Stafford Bynum. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Monday at Lighthouse Baptist Church, Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Richard Brown. The family will receive friends from 3-4 p.m. Monday at the church. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church. Mrs. Correll is survived by: her daughter, Wendy Standridge, and husband Scott; grandchild, Taylor Standridge; sisters, Ann Glover and husband Bob, Libby Dye and husband, David. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by: her husband, Gary Correll; sisters, Betty Robinson, Dean Hart, Mary Edith Roper, Shirley Mims, Nita Dixon, Sue Dye, Rachel Click; and brother, Dick Bynum.
